What is JustPark?

JustPark is a self-help, web-based portal to provide you with quick and easy access to manage all your season parking needs.

What are the services available in JustPark?

You will be able to perform the following services in JustPark:

  1. Apply for season parking space in the respective properties
  2. Check the status of season parking application
  3. Make payment for season parking space with instant payment confirmation and receipt download
  4. Apply for monthly recurring payment via credit cards
  5. View and retrieve payment records
  6. Terminate season parking space and request for a refund (for advanced payments only)
  7. Update contact/vehicle details
  8. Administer season parking lots for corporate account holder only

What is a Corporate/Tenant Account?

A Corporate/Tenant account allows the account holder to access all the features in JustPark and manage all the request pertaining to season parking related matter on behalf of its employees or subsidiary company.

I do not have a Corporate/Tenant Account, can I access JustPark to apply for a new season parking and other transactions?

Yes, you just have to enter your email and vehicle registration number each time you need to perform all the services outlined in FAQ. JustPark will ask you to enter your One Time Password (OTP) into the box provided. Enter the One-Time Password that you have received via your registered email address and click “Authenticate” button.

What is One-Time Password(OTP)?

OTP is a security feature service for season holder who do not have a Corporate/Tenant Account. When you are logging in to your season parking account with email address and vehicle registration number via JustPark, an OTP will be sent to your registered email address. You must then enter the OTP in order to complete your login process to your season parking account.

What should I do if I have not received the OTP?

OTP is valid only for season holder without Corporate/Tenant Account. If you do not receive email of OTP within 30 seconds after you try to login to JustPark with email address and vehicle registration number, you can click "Resend OTP" to request the resending of the OTP.

What will happen if I have wrongly entered OTP for several times?

You have 5 attempts to enter your OTP. However, if you still enter the wrong OTP after the 5th attempt, your season parking account will be locked. Please try again after 15 minutes or you may contact the respective properties to unlock your season parking account.

How long will OTP be valid? What should I do if I fail to enter my OTP until it expires?

Your OTP is valid only for 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes you still have not entered it, you may then click the "Resend OTP" to ask for the resending of the OTP.

New Season Parking Application in JustPark
What is the process and timeline for new season parking application?

Please refer to the diagram above on the process and timeline for new season parking application :-

Steps:
  1. Access JustPark at https://justpark.capitaland.com and input your registered email address and password for corporate/tenant account holder. For non-corporate/tenant account holder, login is not required. Click on "Season Parking Application" and follow the instructions on the screen.
  2. Attach all the necessary documents required in GIF/JPEG/PDF file format (< 1MB) for processing and approval. Once your application has been approved, it will be placed on waitlist pending allotment of season parking lot based on availability.
  3. Wait for email notification to inform of your application status. After receiving the notification on your successful application, please log in to JustPark to make payment(by Visa/Master Card only) before the deadline given in the email notification to activate your season parking.
Can I make advance payment for my season parking?

Yes, you can make advance payment for season parking in JustPark for up to 3 months.

What are the information and documents required for new season parking application?

When will I be able to start using JustPark for my season parking application?

JustPark has been implemented for properties below:

For CapitaLand Malls:

IMM, Plaza Singapura, Clarke Quay, Junction 8, Bugis+, Tampines Mall, The Atrium@Orchard, Lot One, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Westgate, Bedok Mall, Funan & Raffles City Shopping Centre.

For CapitaLand Office Buildings:

Capital Tower, CapitaGreen, CapitaSpring, Six Battery Road & Asia Square Tower 2.

How do I make my season parking application for those properties where JustPark is not available yet?

For CapitaLand Malls:

Please submit your season parking application and payment at the Centre Management Office of the respective malls.

For CapitaLand Office Buildings:

  • I am a tenant, what is my entitlement for season parking? Can I assign my entitlement to my employees or subsidiary company?

    Please refer to your lease agreement for more information on your season parking entitlement. Yes, as long as you have a corporate account in JustPark, you will be able to assign your season parking allotment to your employees or subsidiary company under the “Season Parking Profile, Entitlement Assignment” tab in JustPark.

    How do I know if my season parking application is successful?

    You will receive an email notification to inform of your season parking application status. Alternatively, you can check your application status under the “Season Parking Enquiry, Season Application Status” tab in JustPark.

    I will be out-of-office / country for 1 month. Can I suspend my season parking for the affected period and resume when I return?

    No, we do not allow for temporary suspension of season parking.

    Season parking renewal
    When do I renew my season parking?

    Please renew your season parking in JustPark before the 22nd of the preceding month by 12 midnight under the “Season Parking Payment, Season Parking Payment” tab in JustPark to avoid termination of your season parking. If you would like to be reminded on the renewal, you can opt-in to receive SMS notification under the “Season Parking Profile, Change Contact Details” tab in JustPark to receive SMS reminder every 15th of the preceding month. Alternatively, you can apply to make recurring payment via credit card in JustPark.

    Can I make payment via cheque for the renewal of my season parking?

    No, payment by cheque is not available. Please make payment for your season parking online via VISA and Master card.

    How can I change the credit card that is being used for the recurring payment?

    To change the credit card used for your recurring payment, please perform a renewal payment with your new credit card via the “Season Parking Payment, Season Parking Payment” tab in JustPark before 14th of the preceding month. Thereafter, the recurring payment will be through the new credit card.

    How can I terminate my credit card recurring payment?

    You can terminate the recurring payment via credit card under the “Season Parking Payment, Recurring Payment” tab in JustPark.

    Can I print the receipt of my season parking renewal in JustPark?

    Yes, you can print the receipt for all your season parking payment under the “Season Parking Enquiry, Transaction Enquiry” tab in JustPark.

    Termination of Season Parking
    How do I terminate my season parking?

    You can terminate your season parking under the “Season Parking Cancellation” tab in JustPark if you do not need it anymore, and we will refund you the unexpired season parking charges.

    What is the refund policy when season parking is terminated?

    There are no penalties for cancellation/termination and refund of season parking pre-payments. However, refund of season parking fees will only be made if cancellation is done latest by the 22nd of the preceding month. No refunds will be made for any unused period within a month.

    Payments made by credit card will be refunded through the same credit card and reflected in your next credit card statement.

    Payments made via GIRO will be refunded to the same bank account provided by you in the Interbank GIRO application form that we have received from you. (Applicable to CapitaLand Office Buildings only)

    Payment made by other means will be refunded by cheque. You can be informed once the cheque is ready for collection.

    What is the mode of refund?

    We will refund the unexpired portion of your season parking directly to the credit card or the bank account provided by you in the Interbank GIRO application form (Applicable to CapitaLand Office Buildings only) which you have used to make payment. You should receive your refund within 2-3 weeks from the termination date.

    Change Contact Details
    How can I change my mailing/billing address?

    Login to JustPark using your email and Vehicle Registration Number to change your details under the “Season Parking Profile, Change Contact Details” tab.

    Transfer of Season Parking
    Can I transfer my season parking to another vehicle?

    Transfer to parties other than the season holder are not allowed. You can only transfer your season parking to another vehicle in the instance of a purchase/lease of a new vehicle, or if the season parker's vehicle is under repair and a replacement vehicle is used. Just login to JustPark and go to the “Season Parking Profile, Change Vehicle Details” tab to effect the change. We allow up to 2 changes per year, approval for subsequent change is subject to the sole discretion of the management.

    The following supporting documents are required to process the transfer:

    • For newly purchased vehicles – new vehicle's log card
    • For rented/leased vehicles – rental/lease agreement for the vehicle
    • For vehicles under repair – service sheet proving vehicle is under repair
    Can I change my season parking site?

    No, applications and season parking rights are strictly not transferable.

    What should I do if I encounter problem during log in?

    You may contact the respective properties.

    You will be required to furnish the following information for us to assist you better:

    1. Failed transaction identification number (if applicable)
    2. Date/Time at which the error occurs
    3. Screenshot of error message (if applicable)

    I’m a Tenant, what if I forgot my Login Password?

    At the JustPark login page, click “Forgot Password” and input the email address which you would like to receive the new password. Alternatively, you may contact the respective properties at the respective times.

    For CapitaLand Malls:

    From 10.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

    For CapitaLand Office Buildings:

    From 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

    Are there other modes of payment beside credit card payment?

    Only applicable to CapitaLand Office Buildings

    For GIRO – please proceed to Season Profile, select GIRO Application Status and login with your credentials. Please fill in the Application Form for Interbank GIRO and print the completed form for submission to the Finance Department for onward processing. GIRO deduction will take place on the 12th of every month, of which the payment will be for the following month's season parking lot.

    Do note that this will take at least 14 days to process. You will be notified via letter that your GIRO application has been successful/unsuccessful. Meanwhile, please continue to pay via VISA or Mastercard until the effective date of deduction. GIRO deduction for the following month’s season parking is scheduled on the 12th of every month.
